Life Enterprise System
A five-year programme to design, build, and operate a fully functional enterprise-grade system — architected not around a company, but around a human life.
What is Life Enterprise System
Life Enterprise System LES applies the structural principles of a modern ERP to every domain of life. Finance, Health, Education, Projects, Relationships, Operations, and Knowledge, each treated as a functional department with its own data model, processes, and AI agent. Built on Microsoft Azure. Governed to production standards. Published openly as it develops.
Why built it
The fastest path to understanding enterprise systems is to build one. Not to read about them — to architect, construct, and operate one from the ground up. LES is simultaneously a working personal operating system, a technical portfolio, and a documented learning journey from beginner to expert.
The modules
| Module | Domain | Phase |
|---|---|---|
| LES-FIN | Finance & Wealth Management | Phase 1 |
| LES-EDU | Education & Knowledge | Phase 1 |
| LES-PRJ | Projects & Goals | Phase 1 |
| LES-KNW | Knowledge Base | Phase 1 |
| LES-HLT | Health & Performance | Phase 2 |
| LES-REL | Relationships & Network | Phase 2 |
| LES-OPS | Daily Operations | Phase 2 |
| LES-INT | Intelligence & Analytics | Phase 3 |
| LES-SEC | Security, GRC & Compliance | Phase 3 |
| LES-AGT | AI Agent Orchestration | Phase 4 |
Supporting infrastructure — API gateway, cloud foundation, and shared core libraries — sits beneath all modules and serves the system as a whole.
Technology Foundation
Primary Cloud: Microsoft Azure
All infrastructure is provisioned on Azure, West Europe region. Architecture follows enterprise governance principles from day one.
AI Layer: Custom-Built Multi-Agent System
A purpose-built multi-agent system designed and constructed as part of the project. Each module will have a dedicated AI agent. An orchestrator coordinates intelligence across all departments.
Analytics & Reporting: Microsoft Fabric & Power BI
The enterprise analytics standard — applied from Phase 1.
Identity & Security: Microsoft Entra ID
Enterprise identity management applied from the first day of development.
Five Phases. Five Years.
Phase 0 — Foundation & Environment
Infrastructure, governance, repositories, documentation standards. ✅ Complete — May 2026
Phase 1 — Data Architecture ← Current
Complete data model. Azure SQL. First live dashboards.
Phase 2 — Module Development
Core modules operational. Cross-module data flows.
Phase 3 — Intelligence Layer
Analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, security framework.
Phase 4 — AI Agent Orchestration
Ten department agents. One orchestrator. Natural language interface across the entire system.
Phase 5 — Mastery & Publication
Full documentation suite. Academic paper. Five-year portfolio.
Built in the Open
Every phase of LES is documented and published as it is built. A public build creates timestamped, auditable evidence of genuine capability development. It cannot be fabricated or purchased.
Full technical documentation is published to GitBook. All code and infrastructure is published to GitHub. Progress and insights are published to LinkedIn.
