The Path Here
For ten years, severe illness defined the boundaries of what was possible. That period is over. What follows is a
deliberate, structured rebuild — with a disability, and without shortcuts.
When the rebuild began, the direction was set immediately and without ambiguity: world-class expertise at the
intersection of finance and technology. Not as a career decision made incrementally. Not as an afterthought reached by elimination. As a founding conviction — clear from the first moment, built from the first day.
In October 2025, I enrolled in a Bachelor of Computing & IT with Business. Shortly after, I added ACCA to develop genuine depth in financial accounting alongside the technical programme. Both tracks began together — by design, not by accident.
Why LES
Most people study finance and technology separately, then try to connect them later. LES was built to reject that approach from the outset.
From the first day, both worlds are experienced together. Financial accounting principles inform the data architecture. The data architecture deepens the financial understanding. Enterprise systems thinking shapes how finance is modelled. Domain knowledge in finance shapes how the system is designed.
LES is not a side project. It is not a learning exercise that grew into something more. It was conceived at the highest level of ambition from day one, and built to that standard from the first commit. It is the most visible proof of my approach: high ambition, professional standards, built in the open, documented in full.
How I work
No shortcuts. High standards. Everything documented and published from day one.
I work methodically. Understanding each layer before building the next. Every concept is understood before it is built. Every decision is recorded with its
rationale. Every step is published openly, because the process is as important as the outcome.
The standard applied is professional from the outset. Not introduced later. Not performed for an audience. Built into the process from the beginning because there is no other way to do this properly.
The process is the proof.
