Phase 0 established everything the Life Enterprise System needs before building begins. Infrastructure, documentation, research, and architecture — designed to professional standard before a single line of application code is written.
Cloud and Infrastructure
Microsoft Azure account configured, cost governance in place, eighteen GitHub repositories created and structured across the full LES module architecture.
Portfolio
nikidigitals.com live across six pages. GitBook knowledge base published. LinkedIn presence active. All four portfolio layers operational and cross-linked.
Documentation System
106 architectural decisions recorded across seven ADR files. Master context, decisions index, and task log maintained with zero documentation debt. Weekly journal cadence established.
Research Stack
Zotero 9 and Obsidian configured and pipeline tested. Academic source management operational from day one. Cite Them Right 12th edition (Harvard) as citation standard.
Architecture
C4 Model diagrams produced at Level 1 (System Context) and Level 2 (Container). The full technical architecture of LES is designed and documented before development begins.

Phase 1 — Infrastructure & Data Architecture
Status: Open
Data architecture begins now. Azure SQL schemas, data pipelines, and Power BI dashboards.
Target completion: June 2027.
